Most frequent questions and answers

Send a message with the name of the jewelry, your address details and any specifications such as the desired length. We will send you a response within two working days with the delivery time, a payment request and any shipping costs. As soon as payment is received, I will send the order to you.

After a few days, you will shine with your new piece of jewelry.

If you are still not satisfied then you can return your order within two weeks and you will receive the money back. Please contact TEAM@trashstyles.com about that first. The return shipping costs are for the customer. Jewelry made on order and earrings (due to hygiene) cannot be returned.

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at TEAM@trashstyles.com and we’ll help you place the return.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry, TrashStyles packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to TEAM@trashstyles.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.​
